Webuild ricerca una persona per il ruolo Direttore Technical Asset, Material Management and Logistic da inserire nella Direzione Generale Global Supply Chain presso la sede di Milano (Assago Milanofiori). È richiesta un’esperienza di almeno 10-15 anni in posizioni simili in aziende strutturate, preferibilmente dei settori Costruzioni, Impiantistica o Industria.Principali responsabilitàIdeare e implementare miglioramenti strategici per la produzione, la qualità e l'utilizzo della manodopera nello stabilimento produttivo per raggiungere gli obiettivi di costo, qualità e sicurezza;Applicare i principi della lean manufacturing nella progettazione, specificazione e convalida di processi di produzione;Supervisionare il rispetto delle procedure di sicurezza dello stabilimento;Sviluppare sistemi e processi che monitorino e ottimizzino la produttività e gli standard, le metriche e gli obiettivi di rendimento per garantire un efficace ritorno sugli investimenti;Fornire la leadership necessaria per garantire l’efficienza del personale e dei macchinari dello stabilimento;Collaborare con i reparti funzionali nell'implementazione dei miglioramenti;Indagare e implementare processi di produzione innovativi per ridurre i costi e migliorare la qualità dei prodotti.RequisitiAlmeno 10-15 anni di esperienza in posizioni simili in aziende strutturate, preferibilmente dei settori Costruzioni, Impiantistica o Industria;Laurea in Ingegneria meccanica o materie affini;Ottima conoscenza di italiano e inglese;Disponibilità a trasferte;Elevata attenzione alle questioni relative alla qualità e alla sicurezza;Flessibilità, orientamento al risultato e capacità di adattamento ai cambiamenti;Proattività, velocità di analisi e risoluzione dei problemi;Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente multiculturale e dinamico.#J-18808-Ljbffr
