For several international projects to be held in one of our clients, a multinational company based in Rome, we are looking for brilliant candidates with experience as Service Manager (IT and Digital Transformation):Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.Proven experience in managing mobile network connectivity services, including indoor and outdoor Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS).Knowledge of mobile network technologies, protocols, and standards (e.g., 4G, 5G, LTE).Familiarity with indoor and outdoor Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) deployment and optimization.Understanding of Public and/or Private 5G network architecture, implementation, and management.Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills in the context of mobile network connectivity and Public and/or Private 5G services.Understanding of monitoring techniques to ensure the overall performance, availability, and reliability of the network service.Experience and/or understanding of industrial automation technologies and security standards is a plus.Proven track record (minimum 2 years) of conducting service management meetings to ensure that SLAs are met and KPIs are correctly monitored.Understanding of vendor management and contract negotiation processes.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.Proficiency in professional English, both written and spoken.Permanent contractIndividual English courses on online platformTraining and specialization coursesPrivate supplementary health insuranceAnnual pass with unlimited access to the circuit's fitness centers / Pass for public transportSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionConsulting, Business Development, and Project ManagementIndustriesTelecommunications, IT Services and IT Consulting, and Operations ConsultingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at EstiaTech - Passion for Technology by 2xGet notified about new Service Manager jobs in Rome, Latium, Italy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
