Not only do you have a robust knowledge of Project Management theory and methodologies, but you have also multi-year experience in enterprise software projects.What you will do :As a Project Manager, you will :Work in international contexts, managing projects in Europe and North AmericaManage and overview multi-cultural project teams while monitoring and controlling projects constraints (scope, time, cost)Ensure successful delivery by meeting quality standards jointly agreed with CustomersProvide technical guidance to the project teamEnsure time-efficient tasks assignments to project team membersBuild trust and manage successful relationships with expert.ai CustomersManage multiple projects in parallelWho you are :You have a master's degree or more and have knowledge of Computer Science and technical aspects. Familiarity with AI is a plus.You are a professional with 10+ years of experience in software development projects within consultancy firms, system integrators, or similar.You are fluent with the best practices and frameworks in organization and Project Management (PMP®, PSM®, Prince 2® certifications will be considered a plus).You are comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders, up to the C-Level.You are flexible, resilient, and you can manage projects based on diverse technologies and in diverse industries.You can deliver effective technical presentations to any audience expressing strong communication skills.You are a natural problem solver and result oriented.You are fluent in English and Italian.
