This program identifies and develops high‑potential managerial talents from outstanding graduates or young professionals. Trainees will grow into regional sales managers within 1–2 years, responsible for store operations, sales management and team empowerment.Program HighlightsTraining Support: Structured training and mentorshipSales Experience: Hands‑on store practice to understand customers, market trends, sales strategies and team collaborationRegional Coordination: Gradually assume responsibility for regional sales management and resource coordinationCareer Advancement: Placement into formal positions upon evaluation, with potential to advance towards Sales, GTM and beyondResponsibilitiesParticipate in frontline management and daily operations of local sales stores, gaining in‑depth knowledge of OPPO products, consumer behavior and channel modelsAssist in sales target setting, promoter management, data analysis and execution of operational strategiesLearn and master core store management processes, including sales target breakdown, inventory control, display optimisation and customer serviceSupport regional training, performance tracking and execution of marketing activities, gradually developing managerial perspective and comprehensive skillsActively coordinate cross‑functional resources, drive problem‑solving and process optimisationJoin periodic headquarters training, business reporting and performance reviews to continuously strengthen business capabilities and leadership potentialRequirementsProfessional appearance, outgoing and approachable personality, strong interpersonal skillsGoal‑oriented, resilient, able to work under pressure and eager to take on challenges with strong ambition for self‑growthPossesses strong teamwork skills and is willing to drive the achievement of goalsStrong analytical mindset with skills in data analysis and summarisationStrong language skills: Fluency in Mandarin and Italian required for daily business communication (English is a puls)Holder of a valid local driving licenceBachelor’s degree or higher, major not limitedSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionWholesale#J-18808-Ljbffr
