Manager, Product Mgmt - Tech, Amazon Global Selling - PMO Amazon Global Selling (AGS) has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon’s total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 18 overseas stores, and supporting local sellers’ success and growth on Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.Key Job Responsibilities Product Strategy & ManagementDefine product strategy and roadmap for Global Selling initiativesDevelop and communicate product requirementsWork with internal and external technology teams to develop products and resolve issuesOwn product success metrics and continuous improvementManage stakeholder relationships and drive data-driven decision makingCustomer Success & Solution ImplementationDevelop and execute launch strategies for new technologiesCoordinate cross-functional implementation and testingMonitor and optimize customer satisfaction and system performanceTechnical Leadership & DevelopmentLead and manage engineering teams in project scoping, planning, and delivery of multiple technical product solutionsDrive technical architecture decisions and implementation of software development life cycle practicesCollaborate with PMs to evaluate the optimal technical solutionLead solution options evaluation and assist with PMs on vendor managementOversee coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, and testingRecruit, mentor, and develop software engineering talentPartner with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutionsBasic Qualifications10+ years of product development and delivery experience8+ years of engineering experience5+ years of engineering team management experienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldExperience with full software development lifecycleExperience partnering with product management teams or strong product management backgroundOutstanding verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and EnglishExperience working across functional teams and senior stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in technical or business fieldExperience with global markets and e-commerce platformsExperience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insightsIf you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process, including support for the interview or onboarding process, please visit for more information.
