Engineering Manager | Firefighting Systems & R&D Il nostro cliente è la divisione specializzata in Sistemi Firefighting di un importante gruppo industriale internazionale. Una realtà storica che opera su progetti complessi (Oil&Gas, Marine, Industrial), dove ogni impianto è una sfida ingegneristica unica. Un ambiente tecnico e strutturato, che sta investendo per evolvere la propria ingegneria da pura esecuzione a motore di innovazione. Come Engineering Manager avrai la responsabilità completa dell’Ingegneria di Business Unit, guidando sia il team dedicato alla Progettazione Commesse (Systems/Product Design) che l'area R&D . Non cerchiamo un disegnatore senior, ma un Manager capace di coordinare risorse interne ed esterne, gestire il budget del dipartimento e supportare l'area commerciale nelle fasi di offerta più critiche. Il tuo obiettivo sarà duplice: garantire il delivery dei progetti correnti (rispetto tempi/costi/qualità) e strutturare la roadmap tecnologica per i nuovi prodotti. Supervisione tecnica nelle fasi di Bid/Offerta , stimando i costi di ingegneria e valutando la fattibilità di soluzioni custom. Coordinamento dei team di progettazione e gestione dei carichi di lavoro (inclusa la gestione di ditte di ingegneria esterne). Guida delle attività di R&D e Innovation , collaborando con il Sales per lo sviluppo strategico di nuovi prodotti. Garanzia della compliance normativa internazionale (ASME, API, NFPA, UNI-EN). Standardizzazione dei processi ( DFMEA , analisi cause radice) per ottimizzare l'efficienza tra ufficio tecnico e produzione. Gestione del budget di dipartimento e piano di sviluppo delle risorse tecniche. Laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Energetica o affini). Esperienza consolidata (10+ anni) nella gestione di uffici tecnici o team di ingegneria in contesti di impiantistica industriale. Provenienza da settori affini: Firefighting, Oil & Gas, Skid, Macchinari complessi o Impianti a fluido. Solida conoscenza di sistemi meccanici, idraulici ed elettromeccanici. NFPA, API) e strumenti di progettazione (CAD/Calcolo). Inglese fluente (fondamentale per normative e interfaccia gruppo). Comunicazione: capacità di interfacciarsi efficacemente con Clienti, Project Management e Produzione. desmo® non utilizza sistemi di AI per effettuare la valutazione delle candidature ricevute, in ottemperanza all’AI ACT italiano ed europeo, che classifica questa attività a rischio 1, alto.
