Consolidato Gruppo:+ 200 Mln di € Consolidato Divisione:+ 30 Mln di € Natura del ruolo:Sostituzione per riallocazione interna (con affiancamento previsto).IL TUO NUOVO LAVORO ComeEngineering Manageravrai la responsabilità completa dell’Ingegneria di Business Unit, guidando sia il team dedicato allaProgettazione Commesse(Systems/Product Design) che l'areaR&D . Non cerchiamo un disegnatore senior, ma unManagercapace di coordinare risorse interne ed esterne, gestire il budget del dipartimento e supportare l'area commerciale nelle fasi di offerta più critiche. Il tuo obiettivo sarà duplice: garantire il delivery dei progetti correnti (rispetto tempi/costi/qualità) e strutturare la roadmap tecnologica per i nuovi prodotti.Le attività principali includono: Supervisione tecnica nelle fasi diBid/Offerta , stimando i costi di ingegneria e valutando la fattibilità di soluzioni custom. Coordinamento dei team di progettazione e gestione dei carichi di lavoro (inclusa la gestione di ditte di ingegneria esterne). Guida delle attività diR&D e Innovation , collaborando con il Sales per lo sviluppo strategico di nuovi prodotti. Garanzia dellacompliance normativa internazionale(ASME, API, NFPA, UNI-EN). Standardizzazione dei processi ( DFMEA , analisi cause radice) per ottimizzare l'efficienza tra ufficio tecnico e produzione. Gestione del budgetdi dipartimento e piano di sviluppo delle risorse tecniche.HARD & SOFT SKILLS Hard Skills Laurea in Ingegneria(Meccanica, Energetica o affini). Esperienza consolidata (10+ anni)nella gestione di uffici tecnici o team di ingegneria in contesti di impiantistica industriale. Provenienza da settori affini: Firefighting, Oil & Gas, Skid, Macchinari complessi o Impianti a fluido. Solida conoscenza disistemi meccanici, idraulici ed elettromeccanici. Familiarità con normative di settore (es. NFPA, API) e strumenti di progettazione (CAD/Calcolo). Inglese fluente(fondamentale per normative e interfaccia gruppo).Soft Skills Visione Gestionale:capacità di bilanciare le priorità operative delle commesse con la strategia di lungo periodo. Change Management:attitudine a strutturare processi e guidare il team verso nuove metodologie di lavoro. Comunicazione:capacità di interfacciarsi efficacemente con Clienti, Project Management e Produzione.SALARY PACKAGE RAL:60.000€ - 75.000€ (in base alla seniority). Inquadramento:Quadro - CCNL Metalmeccanico.
