Cultura d’Impresa ricerca e seleziona MF2301 – SALES AREA MANAGER Per azienda del settore metalmeccanico con sede in zona Lambrate (MI).ATTIVITÀ ASSEGNATEGestione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti esteri, con focus sull’area Middle East;Attività di sviluppo commerciale su nuovi mercati e consolidamento delle relazioni esistenti;Predisposizione di offerte tecnico-commerciali e preventivi, in collaborazione con ufficio tecnico e back office;Gestione delle trattative e negoziazioni commerciali con clienti internazionali;Partecipazione a fiere di settore internazionali e trasferte presso clienti esteri;Monitoraggio del mercato di riferimento, analisi della concorrenza e individuazione di nuove opportunità di business;Aggiornamento della reportistica commerciale e dei sistemi CRM/gestionali.REQUISITI RICHIESTIEsperienza pregressa in ruolo commerciale nel settore valvole, pompe, raccorderia o ambiti affini;Titolo di studio a indirizzo tecnico;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;Spiccate capacità di negoziazione, orientamento al risultato e autonomia operativa;Abitudine alla gestione di offerte complesse e consulenza tecnico-commerciale;Disponibilità a trasferte estere e partecipazione a fiere di settore;Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative;La pregressa gestione dell’area Middle East costituisce un plus.INQUADRAMENTOInserimento diretto in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato, CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (14 mensilità).
