Manpower ricerca per nota multinazionale leader nello sviluppo di sistemi acustici per l’edilizia un/a AREA SALES MANAGER (Lombardia).La risorsa ricercata è una figura partner e di riferimento per tutti gli interlocutori coinvolti nella progettazione, distribuzione e posa di soluzioni: dalla specifica dei sistemi acustici ad alte prestazioni fino alla gestione commerciale dell’opportunità. La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività: -Sviluppare e raggiungere obiettivi commerciali per l'area di riferimento. -Utilizzare e implementare un sistema CRM per la gestione e acquisizione di informazioni su progetti e clienti. -Essere responsabile della gestione dei progetti lungo la filiera: dalla specifica nella fase progettuale alla vendita e conseguente posa, in collaborazione con tutte le parti interessate. -Identificare e gestire a livello commerciale clienti strategici regionali e nazionali. Introdurre e presentare concetti di acustica e design agli stakeholder di riferimento con il supporto di materiali marketing tradizionali e online. Requisiti Competenze: - Esperienza nell’ambito sale “business to business” nel settore edile o dell’arredo. - Padronanza nell’utilizzo di sistemi CRM e del pacchetto Microsoft Office. - Capacità di comunicazione, di presentazione e coinvolgimento. - Conoscenza professionale della lingua inglese. - Motivazione e curiosità, autonomia nel lavoro e capacità di lavoro di squadra. Esperienze pregresse in ambito acustico e/o contract completano il profilo Si offre contratto diretto con l'azienda cliente, commisurato all'esperienza maturata. Prevista auto ad uso promiscuo. Seguirà l'area di Lombardia.
