This Role Is Essential ToExpanding our presence in the sneaker segment. Consolidating our position within the fashion/concept boutiques.Your MissionDevelop and strengthen strategic relationships with some of the most influential Italian accounts, including sneaker stores, concept stores, and fashion‑forward independents. Identify and onboard new accounts aligned with On’s Performance All Day vision and global brand direction. Drive sell‑in and support sell‑out with a clear focus on product storytelling, brand elevation, and curated assortments. Deliver inspiring seasonal presentations and lead sell‑in meetings that align with global product and brand narratives. Ensure brand consistency across accounts, from in‑store experience to digital presentation, in coordination with our visual merchandising and marketing teams.
