We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Bar Manager to lead the bar operations at one of hotel TUI Blue Budoni. The ideal candidate will oversee team coordination, service excellence, and beverage quality, ensuring a refined guest experience aligned with Mangia's hospitality standards.ResponsibilitiesManaging and coordinating the bar team, overseeing activities, discipline, professional appearance, and service quality to ensure guest satisfactionSupervising beverage preparation and ensuring the quality of the products servedMonitoring beverage inventory to ensure adequate stock levelsLeading pre-shift briefings with team membersPlanning work schedules and weekly shifts for the bar teamQualificationsPrevious experience in the role within luxury hospitality or similar environmentsProficiency in French and EnglishFamiliarity with local and national regulations regarding alcohol serviceStrong skills in team management and inventory controlCustomer service orientationUnderstanding of basic accounting principles, personnel management, and marketingContract and BenefitsType of contract seasonalAccommodation availableOngoing training and access to professional development courses.#J-18808-Ljbffr
