La figura, a diretto riporto dello Chef Executive, sarà responsabile di un team di 6-7 persone e parte integrante di una brigata che può includere fino a 60 professionisti.Esperienza consolidata nel ruolo all'interno di contesti strutturati e internazionali del mondo hospitalityCapacità di gestire l’intera produzione di dolci; l’esperienza nei lievitati è considerata un plusDisponibilità a trasferimenti in diverse destinazioni, con la possibilità in futuro di viaggiare in tutto il mondoOttima conoscenza della lingua ingleseUna conoscenza base della lingua francese è considerata un plusUn percorso di crescita strutturato : è prevista una formazione completa per permetterti di integrarti al meglio nel resort al quale sarai assegnato, dove gestirai il tuo team Affiancherai un Capo Pasticcere esperto per apprendere e comprendere al meglio il ruolo e parteciperai alle Academy Weeks, un periodo di formazione intensiva per tutti i dipendenti dell’aziendaContratto francese a tempo determinato per il primo periodo con l’obiettivo di trasformarlo in un indeterminatoVitto e alloggioSede di lavoro : Europa#J-18808-Ljbffr
