La nostra mission è quella di eliminare l'ostacolo del mutuo per trasformarlo in uno strumento per chi vuole comprare casa.Per farlo, abbiamo creato un ecosistema basato su 3 pilastri: 1) innovazione tecnologica 2) esperti mutuo in-house e 3) banche leader come key partners.Il nostro Marketing team si concentra principalmente su:Performance Marketing: Creiamo e gestiamo campagne con obiettivi basati sulla conversione (es. acquisizione utenti, engagement, lead generation).Analytics: Ogni interazione genera dati che possono essere sfruttati per comprendere gli utenti e la loro esperienza, individuare opportunità e supportare decisioni che portano al successo del marketing, traducendo gli insight in azioni concrete.Siamo alla ricerca di un Marketing Specialist da inserire nel nostro team.Creare e gestire campagne di marketing su diversi canali (es. Search, Display, Video) e piattaforme pubblicitarie (es. Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok) per raggiungere obiettivi di business.Eseguire test A/B rigorosi per migliorare le performance.Analizzare dati provenienti da strumenti di web, app e CRM analytics (es. Google Analytics, MMPs, Mixpanel), piattaforme adv e altre fonti di dati, per organizzare, visualizzare i risultati e tradurre gli insight in azioni concrete.Parli fluentemente italiano.Hai almeno 1-3 anni di esperienza in un ruolo di marketing o analytics, conducendo analisi e trasformando gli insight in azioni.Hai una laurea e stai cercando una posizione full-time.Hai una mentalità analitica con un approccio orientato alla risoluzione dei problemi.Sei curioso e appassionato di digital marketing e piattaforme tecnologiche.Sei disposto a esplorare nuovi orizzonti e non hai paura di metterti in gioco.Hai esperienza con strumenti analitici come Google Analytics, piattaforme pubblicitarie come Google Ads, strumenti di tracking come Google Tag Manager e strumenti di data visualization come Tableau e Data Studio.Inquadramento e retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza pregressaUn ambiente di lavoro giovane e dinamico.Opportunità di crescita in un’azienda in forte espansione.Modalità di lavoro ibrida – 3 giorni a settimana in ufficio.Nuovi uffici nel centro di Roma (Termini).Iter di selezione:Primo colloquio telefonico.Fase finale: colloquio in presenza nei nostri ufficiIl presente annuncio è rivolto ad entrambi i sessi, ai sensi delle leggi 903/77 e 125/91, e a persone di tutte le età e tutte le nazionalità, ai sensi dei decreti legislativi 215/03 e 216/03.#J-18808-Ljbffr
