Job Title: Restaurant SupervisorOverviewA Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant within the hotel, ensuring outstanding guest service and financial profitability.ResponsibilitiesSupervise, support, schedule, assign daily work, inform and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations.Monitor and evaluate team member performance.Support team members in handling guest inquiries, requests, and resolving guest complaints.Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.Manage and monitor product quality, service and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues and implement improvements.Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control.QualificationsFood and Beverage experience.Ability to meet financial targets.Compliance with all Food and Beverage brand standards.Ability to work under pressure.Excellent grooming standards.Willingness to develop team members and self.Flexibility to respond to a range of work situations.Preferred CapabilitiesPassion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.Company OverviewHilton is the leading global hospitality company, offering exceptional guest experiences across its global brands.
