In order to give the best experience to Doctolibers and to respond to the growth of Doctolib, we are looking for an IT Service Desk Partner (x/f/m).On a daily basis, you will have to receive, qualify and process IT requests and incidents coming from Doctolibers working in the 3 countries in which Doctolib is established today (Germany, France, Italy).What you'll do Remote:Serve as the single point of contact for users requiring IT support (phone call, open ticket on the helpdesk platform).Handle level 1 requests and incidents: access to applications, technical diagnosis, etc.Assist the user from ticket opening to complete resolution.Escalate incidents to local IT Support teams (level 2).Detect incidents or recurring requests for continuous improvement.Propose automation or process improvements to enhance user satisfaction.On site:Manage the IT Corner at our Berlin office.Oversee meeting room hardware: testing, updating, replacing.Possibility of progression towards IT Support level 2 within a local team.Who you are If you don’t meet all the requirements but believe this role suits your experience, we encourage you to applyYou are service-oriented and solution-focused.You are a good listener and ask relevant questions to reassure users.You are rigorous, autonomous, and a team player.You adapt to change and prioritize tasks effectively.You speak English fluently.What we offer Employee share plan for every Doctoliber.Supplementary health insurance.Retirement partnership with Ciao Elsa.Quarterly or monthly bonus based on your role.Parental care program: 1 month additional leave plus time off during school start.Solidarity Days: 2 days/year to support health charities.Wellbeing program: free mental health and coaching via moka.care.Flexible work policy: hybrid and office options.EU and UK work flexibility: 10 days/year.Partnership with FitPrime for sports.Public transportation reimbursement.Annual flu vaccination.Relocation support for international moves.Home-office furniture vouchers.The interview process HR screeningManager interviewTeam interviewReference checkOfferAbout the job Permanent or fixed-term contract.Location: Milan.Start date: ASAP.Remuneration: fixed + bonus based on objectives.At Doctolib, we promote diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
