Come and build with us.OverviewYour main goal will be to build scalable finance systems and automations that power n8n’s next stage of growth.ResponsibilitiesTo do so, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of our finance systems and lead the shift from manual, spreadsheet-driven processes to a modern, automated finance stack:Own the finance systems stack end-to-end (ERP, billing, AP, FP&A), including configuration, integrations, and continuous optimization.Lead system selection and implementation for critical finance tooling, from requirements definition to rollout and adoption.Establish governance, documentation, and change management practices to ensure long-term scalability and reliability.Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and API-based integrations that replace manual finance processes.Lead automation projects from discovery to delivery, including scoping, prioritization, and execution.Partner with internal teams to align dependencies and ensure systems work seamlessly together.Define and maintain a unified finance data model across systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust.Translate finance and accounting requirements into system logic, automation rules, and reporting structures.Replace spreadsheet-based reporting with automated dashboards and reports using SQL and BI tools.RequirementsMust-haves
