Main activities Supervisione dei processi produttivi, garantendo che ogni fase sia svolta secondo gli standard di qualità aziendali e nel rispetto delle tempistiche prefissate; Stesura di un protocollo per l'analisi dei tempi e dei metodi delle attività operative sugli impianti, attraverso rilevazioni effettuate sul campo in collaborazione con il responsabile di produzione, i responsabili di linea ei conduttori; Redazione di un documento specifico per ciascuna linea/macchina, contenente la descrizione dettagliata del metodo di lavoro e settaggi macchina per ogni prodotto, con l'indicazione dei tempi standard per ogni attività; Implementazione di un sistema automatico di rilevamento del funzionamento degli impianti (MES) per monitorare l’andamento dinamico degli stessi; Implementazione di una reportistica che identifica e analizza gli scostamenti rispetto all'efficienza teorica, evidenziando le relative cause; Analisi dei dati di produzione e identificazione di aree di miglioramento; Verifica della quantità e qualità dei prodotti rispetto gli standard aziendali; Definizione e implementazione di strategie per l'ottimizzazione dei flussi produttivi. Requirements Fondamentali/Must have Laurea in Ingegneria o Economia; Esperienza pregressa nel medesimo ruolo di almeno 5 anni, in contesti industriali e di produzione; Conoscenza delle strategie aziendali, dei processi produttivi e dei parametri che influenzano la qualità del prodotto. Preferenziali/Nice to have Attitudine al problem solving e decision-making; Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione interpersonale; Empatia e ascolto attivo; Competenze nelle metodologie Lean Manufacturing e Six Sigma; Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
