The Legal Operations team plays a key role in ensuring that online content and legal requests are handled accurately, consistently and in line with established legal frameworks.We are currently looking for a Video Content Analyst to join a project supporting a video streaming platform in Lisbon.Your responsibilitiesReview and analyze content published on an online platform, primarily textual reviews, as well as other formats such as images or websites.Apply client-provided legal guidelines and internal policies when reviewing content and requests.Process incoming legal requests related to privacy claims, defamation, fraud and falsification.Evaluate the validity and eligibility of each request for further processing.Ensure compliance with quality standards, turnaround times and internal procedures.Stay up to date with policies, guidelines and operational updates.What you can expectLocation: Lisbon, PortugalWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekProject: Video Streaming PlatformStart date: 5 JanuaryWhat will make you successful in the roleGerman language proficiency at B2 level or above.English language proficiency at B2 level.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.Ability to quickly learn new processes, concepts and guidelines.Strong organizational and time management skills.EU passport or valid residence card.Compensation & benefitsYearly gross salary: €15,260Yearly language bonus: €3,240Yearly target bonus: 5% of the annual gross salary.Transportation bonus: €720 per year.Daily meal allowance: €7.63 per working day (meal card).Relocation support included (bonus available for candidates relocating from outside Lisbon or Portugal).Contract details1-month training contract.1-year renewable contract.30 days probation period.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionManagement and ManufacturingIndustriesLanguage Schools#J-18808-Ljbffr
