Together with Boston Consulting Group and our clients, we turn digital visions into reality.What You’ll DoYou’ll shape the digital transformation of leading banks and service providers by planning, launching, and successfully executing wide‑ranging IT projects with clientsThroughout your strategic IT implementation programmes, you’ll manage internal and external teams and combine your pertinent industry and IT know‑how with agile project management methods to ensure smooth implementation of digital transformation processesDuring the design, assessment, and optimisation of IT architectures, you’ll be responsible for coordinating teams, organising and leading discussions with top client management, and providing key impetus with a view toward current market developments and trendsWhat You’ll BringYou completed a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, or a related STEM discipline with above‑average resultsYou have at least 8 years of relevant experience in IT Consulting and the realisation of operative and strategic transformation and implementation projects in the banking or financial services sectorYou’re an experienced project team leader – including on the client sideEfficient resource planning and motivational employee leadership are second nature to youYou’re familiar with all the stages of development for successful IT organisations and IT processes, with a focus on the financial industryYou know how to plan IT initiatives and build solid business casesYou’re good at understanding and communicating complex topics in both Italian and EnglishWho You’ll Work WithWe guarantee constant new development incentives in an open and rewarding work environment.
