Per importante realtà del settore servizi, in forte crescita e della spinta al raggiungimento degli obiettivi, ricerchiamo   MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ASSISTANT  La risorsa supporterà il MANAGEMENT SYSTEM MANAGER nella implementazione, manutenzione e aggiornamento del sistema, compresi aspetti tecnici come la documentazione.  Si occuperà nella specifico di:  Gestione della documentazione: Verificare e aggiornare la documentazione, le procedure, le istruzioni operative, i modelli e i documenti di registrazione; Gestire l'archiviazione e la distribuzione della documentazione, assicurandone la disponibilità e la correttezza; Supportare la creazione di nuova documentazione, in collaborazione con la Management System Manager; Gestione delle reportistica: Predisporre e analizzare la reportistica periodica; Aggiornamento normativo: Monitorare le evoluzioni normative in materia di qualità, ambiente e sicurezza.  Si richiede:  Diploma; Esperienza di almeno 1-2 anni; Buone capacità di utilizzo PC, Utilizzo Word, Excel e Power Point.  Luogo di lavoro: Costa Volpino (BG) Si offre contratto a tempo indeterminato con il livello e la retribuzione definiti in base all'esperienza e alle competenze del candidato.
