As anR&D Project Manager , you’ll drive the development of next-generation products that meet the evolving needs of the power industry. Location Location: Lodi, ItalyBusiness Unit: High Voltage ProductsDepartment: Technology Center Italy (TC Italy) How you'll make an impact Lead Specialized Innovation: Manage the full lifecycle of new product development for projects falling in both product lines — from concept to market — ensuring excellence in cost, quality, and time-to-market. Drive Technical Collaboration: Coordinate international, cross-functional teams including R&D, engineering, testing, and manufacturing. Work closely with product managers and external partners to align on technical and commercial goals. Ensure Product Excellence: Apply structured development methodologies (e.g., Gate Model), ensure compliance with internal and external standards, and proactively manage technical risks. Support Testing & Validation: Oversee design validation and type testing activities, ensuring robust performance and reliability of high-voltage insulation systems. Communicate & Influence: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering clear and timely updates to ensure alignment and support. Capture & Share Knowledge: Document lessons learned and ensure knowledge
