As an R&D Project Manager , you’ll drive the development of next‑generation products that meet the evolving needs of the power industry. Location: Lodi, Italy Business Unit: High Voltage Products Department: Technology Center Italy (TC Italy) How You'll Make an Impact Lead specialized innovation: Manage the full lifecycle of new product development for projects falling in both product lines — from concept to market — ensuring excellence in cost, quality, and time‑to‑market. Drive technical collaboration: Coordinate international, cross‑functional teams including R&D, engineering, testing, and manufacturing. Work closely with product managers and external partners to align on technical and commercial goals. Ensure product excellence: Apply structured development methodologies (e.g., Gate Model), ensure compliance with internal and external standards, and proactively manage technical risks. Support testing and validation: Oversee design validation and type testing activities, ensuring robust performance and reliability of high‑voltage insulation systems. Communicate and influence: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering clear and timely updates to ensure alignment and support. Capture and share knowledge: Document lessons learned and ensure knowledge
