Work closely with product managers and external partners to align on technical and commercial goals.Ensure Product Excellence: Apply structured development methodologies (e.g., Gate Model), ensure compliance with internal and external standards, and proactively manage technical risks.Support Testing & Validation: Oversee design validation and type testing activities, ensuring robust performance and reliability of high-voltage insulation systems.Communicate & Influence: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering clear and timely updates to ensure alignment and support.Capture & Share Knowledge: Document lessons learned and ensure knowledge
