Join us and start the futurePosting Presentation: We are seeking a highly organized and goal-oriented person to join our organization as an Operations Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Operations Management Team in various daily administrative activities.Responsibilities Guarantee daily support to the Operations Manager & Staff MembersPlan meetings and management reviews (Operation Reviews, Communication Meetings, etc.)Assist in the preparation of regular reports or presentationsArrange travel, book flights, hotels, and transport in compliance with company policiesManage expense claims, ensuring checks and compliance with targets and regulationsCreate OPEX purchase requests for assets (laptops, hardware, supplies, stationery) and follow up using SAPCreate reports to monitor internal requests, orders, and expensesProvide support to visitors and act as a point of contact for internal and external clientsTrack internal visits in VAM tool, complying with safety and security regulationsSupport employees with administrative tasks such as leave, room reservations, payroll error claims, reimbursements, and data collection during site closuresRequired Profile: Experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior leadership, or project management experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong organizational and communication skillsFamiliarity with SAP is a plusAbility to prioritize and meet deadlinesStrong problem-solving skillsFluent in English (writing and speaking)The employment opportunity is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with Law n. 125, as amended by Legislative Decree n. 198/2006, which guarantees gender equality at work.Experience: 2-5 yearsLanguages: English fluency requiredTo learn more about STMicroelectronics or to apply, please use the contact & apply form provided.#J-18808-Ljbffr
