Key Responsibilities Support the Category Manager in gathering quotations based on predefined requirements and R&D documentation Assist in the evaluation and selection of suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality standards Manage requests for quotation (RFQs): issue requests, follow up on status, summarize results, and support the awarding process Maintain accurate procurement documentation and update procurement databases Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Project Management, Category Management) to clarify procurement needs and specifications Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues related to delays or quality concerns Participate in supplier audits and compliance reviews as required Support contract administration by coordinating documentation and approvals Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the procurement process Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain support roles Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities Proficiency with procurement software and the MS Office suite Fluency in English (written and spoken) Willingness to travel for business as needed High attention to detail and strong analytical mindset What’s in it for you?
