This is a fully remote role offering outstanding progression, impactful work, and an opportunity to help drive the transition to clean energy.The RoleAs a Project Development Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of renewable energy projects from early‑stage development through to execution. You will work closely with project managers, external consultants, and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and smooth project progression.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport project managers with planning, coordination, and execution of development activitiesReview and assess technical project documentation (designs, drawings, technical reports, calculations)Coordinate with external consultants, engineering firms, and internal teamsEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards, permitting requirements, and local regulationsContribute to technical due diligence and project feasibility assessmentsProvide input during design development for solar PV, wind, and BESS projectsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related field)Experience in renewable energy project development (solar, wind or BESS preferred)Strong capability in reviewing technical documents and engineering designsKnowledge of applicable industry standards and permitting processesExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross‑functionallySelf‑driven, organised, and detail‑orientedFluent English; additional European languages a plusWillingness to travel occasionally as requiredWhat’s On OfferFully remote role (Italy)Competitive salary package, annual bonusStock optionsAdditional benefits & development opportunitiesChance to join a mission‑driven company shaping the future of clean energy#J-18808-Ljbffr
