Join to apply for the Sales Specialist con esperienza in ambito informatico role at TD SYNNEX Italy .3 weeks ago – Be among the first 25 applicants.Job PurposeTo be the first point of contact for customers aligned to their respective Business Unit, utilising their specialist product knowledge alongside a professional and confident manner to deliver excellent customer satisfaction, develop new sales opportunities and achieve their sales targets.AccountabilitiesAchieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targetsBuild excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledgePlan outbound calls to customers in order to generate new business opportunitiesActive inbound sellingProvide accurate and timely quotations to customersGenerate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updatedManage customer backorder expectations and reportingProactively develop relationships with key internal and external contactsEnsure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer informationProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotionsEnsure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customersAttainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as daily talk time and outbound callsSell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value propositionDevelop and execute
