**Job Purpose**:
To be the first point of contact for customers aligned to their respective Business Unit, utilising their specialist product knowledge alongside a professional and confident manner to deliver excellent customer satisfaction, develop new sales opportunities and achieve their sales targets

**Accountabilities**:

- Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
- Build Excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge
- Plan outbound calls to customers in order to generate new business opportunities
- Active inbound selling
- Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers
- Generate and own a pipeline of deals in Tech Data's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated
- Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting
- Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
- Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information
- Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
- Ensure Tech Data maintains service levels agreements with customers
- Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as daily talk time and outbound calls
- Sell the benefits of using Tech Data and the Company value proposition
- Develop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer business, this may be in conjunction with a Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager.

**Knowledge Skills and Experience:
- Numerate with good attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Priority management and planning skills
- Strive to achieve set targets
- Understands Sales Process
- Effective Communication Skills
- Good relationship building
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential
- IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential

L'attività di promozione e commerciale, finalizzata a generare le opportunità di vendita, si svolge all'interno di un Team dedicato, e in coordinamento con le diverse strutture aziendali. Si sviluppa inoltre attraverso una costante gestione telefonica del cliente con il supporto i moderni strumenti digitali.

**Principali aree di responsabilità**
- Sviluppo e gestione relazioni con i clienti attraverso la gestione proattiva e la conoscenza specialistica di prodotto
- Sviluppo ed esecuzione dei piani di account per mantenere e far crescere il business dei clienti, sui prodotti e i brand di riferimento, anche in collaborazione con i colleghi di vendita o di marketing
- Pianificazione e gestione delle chiamate in uscita verso i clienti per generare nuove opportunità di business
- Attività di vendita inbound
- Informazione sui prodotti, realizzazione di preventivi, vendita e negoziazione, utilizzando le leve commerciali definite sui prodotti specialistici di riferimento
- Sviluppo e gestione di una pipeline di offerte, utilizzando il CRM aziendale
- Gestione backlog e report
- Sviluppo e gestione proattiva delle relazioni interne ed esterne (vendor, partner, etc)
- Controllo e garanzia dei livelli di servizio per i clienti
- Raggiungimento di Key Performance Indicators (KPI) in termini di revenue, marginalità e indicatori operativi

**Esperienza, formazione e skills richiesti**
- Almeno un anno di esperienza in ruoli commerciali di vendita outbound (preferibilmente in contesti informatici o similari)
- Diploma o laurea di tipo tecnico/informatico (preferibile)
- Ottime doti comunicative e propensione alle relazioni interpersonali
- Capacità di instaurare relazioni basate sulla fiducia e di lavorare in team
- Forte orientamento al risultato e gestione dello stress
- Buona capacità di analisi e attenzione al dettaglio numerico
- Passione per i prodotti IT (indicare per quali tipologie di prodotti)
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.

**Requisiti preferenziali**
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
