We support the growth of Web3 startups through our Accelerator Program and invest liquidity into promising DeFi, RWA and NFT protocols.Mission StatementWe’re looking for a Product Manager to discover value, design and define trading products, and continuously develop existing trading systems that are central to Keyrock’s DeFi operations. You will balance product discovery and delivery execution to improve how we manage DeFi operations at scale, working closely with engineering, commercial and control function teams such as risk, compliance, security and finance to prioritize and ship impactful solutions. This role reports to the Head of Product for DeFi & Ecosystems.ResponsibilitiesLeading Continuous DiscoveryAlpha & Risk Identification: Lead a continuous discovery process that translates trader needs, commercial business needs, on‑chain opportunities and Keyrock’s strategic direction into a pipeline of product opportunities. Outcomes include systems that facilitate alpha discovery, capture and preservation through novel models, best‑in‑class on‑chain execution and robust risk mitigation.Intelligence Augmentation: Ship automation features and tools that demonstrate reduce cognitive load on operators and manual intervention. This is measured by automating complex workflows such as cross‑chain and multi‑strategy portfolio rebalancing and automating monitoring and alerting in DeFi operations.Performance & Impact Measurement: Define key metrics and KPIs to measure the success and impact of DeFi‑centric products, iterating based on data and feedback.Strategic AlignmentDeFi‑Native Roadmap: Develop and champion a product roadmap that links every DeFi initiative to core business OKRs, adjusting based on outcomes, technical feasibility and delivery timelines.Governance: Establish and implement agile processes for product and feature validation, and data governance, ensuring all deployed systems are robust, secure, compliant with internal risk frameworks and evolving regulations like MiCA.Leading Continuous DeliveryElite Delivery Performance: Drive the engineering team to achieve top‑quartile delivery performance measured by DORA metrics, fostering a world‑class DevOps culture.Reduced On‑Chain Execution Risk: Minimise production incidents by delivering systems, processes and optional AI tools for smart contract analysis, pre‑deployment simulation and real‑time anomaly detection.EssentialsRelevant Experience: Minimum of 3 years working on technology‑powered products in product, design, engineering, Web3 or DeFi roles.Experienced Product Leader: Deep understanding of product discovery, delivery and the business viability considerations of DeFi operations, including risk, regulatory alignment and operational costs.Technical Literacy: Ability to contribute to technical discussions, with knowledge of cloud architecture, network constraints and blockchain‑integrated trading systems.Proven Collaborator: Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with experience working alongside engineers, designers and leaders in fast‑paced, distributed teams.Strong Communicator: Able to apply emotional intelligence and critical thinking when dealing with stakeholders, and communicate and negotiate priorities effectively.Data‑driven: Working knowledge of product and delivery metrics (e.g., DORA) and business impact metrics to guide iterative improvements.Beneficial ExperienceExposure to quantitative/statistical analysis of DeFi assets and primitives (AMMs, CLAMMs, vAMMs, money markets, etc.) and/or understanding of algorithmic trading.Agile or similar qualification around iterative software development or product management.Background in high‑performance, regulated environments such as finance or crypto, a strong plus.Business strategy or marketing qualifications, or equivalent experience.Our Recruitment PhilosophyWe value self‑awareness in our recruitment process.
