Core services include Child Development Centers (CDC), Family Child Care (FCC), School Age Care (SAC), Youth Programs (YP) and Child and Youth Educational Services (CYES), delivered in accordance with demand, funding, and policy. ResponsibilitiesProgram ManagementProvides oversight and accountability for employees and child safety, following DoW, DoN, and local policies. Administers the CYP, including CDCs, FCCs, SACs, YPs, and CYES, identifying childcare, recreational, and educational supports for authorized patrons. Establishes and revises policies and procedures to promote teamwork, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Collects and analyzes program data to measure effectiveness and guides continuous improvement. Develops strategies for program improvement and maintains partnerships with on‑ and off‑installation organizations.Program OperationsImplements policies for fee structures, enrollment, standards, benchmarks, and space utilization. Develops operational procedures, monitors performance, and documents results. Analyzes statistical data, reports to senior management, and advises on significant developments. Oversees targeted training plans for CYP staff and implements SOPs across the CYP.Budgeting and Financial ManagementPrepares statistical reports and tracks funding trends, policy changes, and deficiencies. Develops budget input, analyzes variances, and justifies funding for program resources and facility maintenance.
