Fintecna PA Technical Support – Profili Tecnico‑Amministrativi a Tempo Determinato Join to apply for the(Fintecna)_PA Technical Support - Profili Tecnico-Amministrativi a Tempo Determinatorole atCDP RETI S.p.AData:10 dic 2025Luogo:RomaSocietà:Gruppo Cassa Depositi e PrestitiFintecna is looking for professionals to be hired under fixed‑term contracts to perform technical‑administrative activities supporting the management of funding pools for university scholarships.Responsibilities:Verify the completeness and consistency of technical documentation against funding call requirements (e.g., graphic drawings, dimensional and functional characteristics, financial plan accuracy, minimum dimensional or qualitative standards, DNSH localisation, etc.) and identify/correct non‑conformities.Verify administrative documentation and its consistency with funding call requirements, within the application review and contribution distribution processes.Prepare requests for additional documentation, assess the requested integrations, and support the financing committee’s operational activities.Report on progress, prepare and update periodic reports on application status and interventions.Qualifications:Diploma in Geometra/Ragioniere/Istituto Tecnico Commerciale, orBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, or Legal/Economic/Administrative Sciences.Preferable experience with public‑funded projects (PNRR/PNC) or equivalent measures.Experience designing hotel facilities or similar structures.Knowledge of the Public Contracts Code and reporting flows.Familiarity with CAD/BIM for reading drawings.Result‑oriented work approach, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Strong relational and organizational skills.Sede:Roma/MilanoDeadline candidature:23/12/2025CDP promotes diversity and is committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
