As part of Hostinger’s affiliate marketing team, you’ll be responsible for expanding and optimizing our affiliate partner network across Europe. The main markets in this region are France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our performance marketing, product, and regional growth teams to scale partnerships and drive sustainable growth.Curious to learn more? Connect with the hiring manager: Anelise Fonseca, Affiliate Manager.Your day-to-dayIdentify, reach out to, and onboard new affiliate partners across Europe (mainly France, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria)Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key affiliatesNegotiate deals, set KPIs, and ensure continuous partner performance improvementExplore new market opportunities and develop initiatives to expand Hostinger’s visibility and revenueCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns and promotional activitiesMonitor campaign data, analyze trends, and propose growth-oriented optimizationsLeverage automation and AI tools in your daily work to increase efficiency and partner engagementYour Skills And Experience3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership managementStrong understanding of the European digital and affiliate landscape and knowledge of local affiliates, such as main news and technology websites, coupon websites, digital communities, etc.Proven ability to build and grow affiliate network partnershipsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsData‑driven mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving skillsGeneral proficiency in using AI and automation tools in daily workflowsFluent in English and one additional European language of those markets (such as French, German, or Italian)Benefits For You360 Growth: We provide limitless learning opportunities: access to platforms like Reforge and Couch Hub, global conferences, feedback culture, digital libraries, and industry‑leading subscriptions.
