Descrizione dell’offerta di lavoro Elchai Group is expanding its B2B sales activity across Europe, starting from Italy. We are hiring a Sales Developer to build pipeline through structured outbound and disciplined qualification. This role is for someone who values execution, clarity, and accountability over theory. What You Will DoBuild and manage targeted prospect lists across Europe Run outbound campaigns via email and LinkedIn Engage with decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise level Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the CEO Keep CRM data accurate and up to date Improve messaging based on real market feedbackWhat We Are Looking For2–5 years of B2B outbound sales experience Background in consulting, IT, SaaS, or automation sales Comfortable selling projects in the €20k–€100k range Fluent English, Italian required, other European languages are a plus Organized, accountable, and numbers-oriented Able to work autonomously in a fast-moving environmentWhat’s in It for YouCompetitive compensation with performance upside Exposure to international clients and projects Clear career growth based on results, not tenure Direct access to leadership and fast feedback A role where performance is visible and rewardedHow to Apply Apply directly on LinkedIn with your CV.
