International Company specializing in investments in Renewable Energy We are seeking a Senior Investment Analyst for our Investment Team. Role Overview The role involves collaborating with senior colleagues throughout all stages of the investment lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Modelling and Analysis:Develop, manage, and analyze financial models for greenfield and operational solar projects across Europe; Perform quarterly, semi-annual, and annual valuation of fund portfolios; Contribute to and review fund valuation models.Investment Support:Assist in preparing and submitting offers on portfolios; Support due diligence processes for M&A activities; Review and negotiate project documentation, including share purchase agreements, power purchase agreements, EPCs, and O&M contracts; Monitor ongoing investment performance.Business Development:Analyze portfolio optimization opportunities; Monitor sector news and industry trends; Research new markets and emerging technologies such as storage; Conduct competitor analysis.Qualifications, Skills, and ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience in Investment or Financing; BSc or MSc in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering; Knowledge of investment lifecycle, renewable energy, and financial modeling; Background in renewable energy; Strong financial and analytical skills; Excellent communication skills in Italian and English; Effective time management; Willingness to travel extensively.Offer Details Permanent contract with a salary package commensurate with experience and skills.
