Le principali responsabilità saranno:Effettuare la mappatura e la valutazione delle fonti di rischio aziendale, individuando le cause e associando relativa probabilità e livello di impatto atteso attraverso un’attività di Risk Assessment;Collaborare nelle attività di rivalutazione periodica dei rischi al fine di assicurare l’aggiornamento della mappatura degli stessi all’attuale realtà aziendale;Promuovere eventuali azioni di mitigazione supportando il Risk Manager ed i responsabili aziendali nella definizione di indicatori di rischio e analizzando nuove iniziative;Produrre per la funzione la reportistica e la documentazione sull’attività di Risk Assessment destinata al management;Supportare il responsabile nella gestione delle relazioni con gli stakeholders coinvolti nel sistema di Enterprise Risk Management.Requisiti:Laurea Magistrale in materie economiche o ingegneristichePrecedente esperienza nel ruolo all’interno di realtà medio-grandiConoscenza di tutte le fasi del processo di controllo e gestione dei rischi operativiApprofondita conoscenza della normativa di riferimentoOttima conoscenza degli applicativi MS PowerPoint, ExcelBuona conoscenza della lingua ingleseCapacità analitiche e di problem solving, gestione dello stress, proattività.#J-18808-Ljbffr
