The Fraud Risk Management is part of the Anti-fraud, Bribery and Corruption function. The FRM Analyst is responsible for supporting oversight routines of the Bank fraud risk programs including Fraud risk assessment review/challenge, aggregated fraud risk reporting and reporting on first line on defense fraud performance.
- Experience in anti-fraud and risk management.
- Previous risk assessment experience
- Proficient in the fraud landscape
- Very good level presentation skills
- Good knowledge of fraud regulation
- Experience in anti-fraud KRIs implementation and fraud analytics

**Responsibilities**:

- Support gathering fraud key risk metrics across entities to track performance.
- Support to consolidate reporting across performance, assessment results and ad hoc risk reviews, to generate aggregated reporting for leadership.
- Support Independent “deep dive” reviews of fraud risks (Thematic or by Entity) to assure visibility of control risk environment.
- Assist with the development of Fraud guidance chapters for policy
- Research emerging (industry) threat, to develop white paper(s) to keep Team (First and Second lines of defense) aware of threat and emerging technology/solutions to mitigate.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in fraud management/fraud operations in the financial industry
- Requires knowledge of fraud management operations from both process and technology perspectives
- Good analytical skills
- Ability establish collaborative and productive working relationships
- Good communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, also under pressure
- IT knowledge of the most relevant tools used in analytics and data mining approach, including Reporting tool
- Fluent English and local language
