Per realtà nostra cliente, startup innovativa nel settore food, ricerchiamo una figura di: Senior Accountant Cerchiamo una figura operativa che diventi il braccio destro del Finance Manager. La risorsa avrà una visione a 360° sulla vita amministrativa dell'azienda, partecipando attivamente alla costruzione di processi scalabili. La figura sarà coinvolta nelle seguenti attività: Gestione completa della contabilità generale , dalla prima nota alle scritture di assestamento. Presidio del ciclo passivo e attivo , con particolare attenzione alla riconciliazione dei conti. Supporto alla predisposizione del bilancio d'esercizio (OIC) e della reportistica periodica. Gestione degli adempimenti fiscali periodici (IVA, Esterometro, LIPE). Collaborazione attiva all'ottimizzazione dei processi amministrativi tramite l’uso di sistemi gestionali avanzati. Requisiti: Background: Almeno 5 anni di esperienza maturati in contesti aziendali dinamici o presso primarie Società di Revisione (punto di forza preferenziale). Formazione: Laurea in Economia o diploma di Ragioneria con un imprinting tecnico impeccabile. Hard Skills: Conoscenza solida dei principi contabili OIC, normativa fiscale e padronanza avanzata di Excel . Soft Skills: Capacità di destreggiarsi all'interno di un contesto dinamico e in fase di forte sviluppo, flessibilità e proattività. Sede di lavoro: Milano
