You will be responsible for overseeing all regulatory, legal, and internal compliance matters, ensuring Hercle operates to the highest standards as it scales across jurisdictions. This is a senior leadership role with broad exposure across the company, including trading, operations, legal, and product.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the company’s primary point of contact for regulatory compliance and oversee adherence to VASP licensing obligations across jurisdictions.Design, implement, and maintain Hercle’s global compliance framework, including AML/CTF programs, KYC policies, transaction monitoring, and reporting.Lead interactions with regulators, auditors, and banking/
