The role involves the technical and economic management of civil works projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.The ideal candidate is a civil structural engineer, with strong technical and management skills, and a minimum of 3 / 5 years of experience managing structured civil works projects, preferably with construction companies or EPC contractors in the industrial plant sector.Key ResponsibilitiesFull management of civil project scope (timeline, costs, quality)Project planning using Microsoft ProjectBudgeting and cost control (Forecasting, Budget Management)Material procurement management from technical drawings (BoQ, material needs)Contractual and operational management of subcontractors (claims, variations, deadlines, progress statements - SAL)Client relationship management (monitoring active progress statements, handling variations, timeline and cost coordination)Reading and interpreting reinforced concrete civil drawingsMonitoring and controlling project progress through schedules and reportsBusiness Intelligence reporting and use of management toolsActive participation in technical documentation preparation (e.g., technical requests - RdO)Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil / Structural EngineeringMinimum 3 / 5 years’ experience in managing civil works (preferably in industrial plant environments)Strong technical understanding of civil engineeringGood command of Microsoft Project and cost management toolsProactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to handle both technical and managerial aspects of the project#J-18808-Ljbffr
