In addition, a series of strategic partnerships, signed on virtually every continent, support the company in carrying out multidisciplinary engineering, service management, inspection and expediting, recruitment and hiring of local staff.that will ensure that activities related to the discipline of machinery and package engineering within the assigned project are performed efficiently and cost-effectively, in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, and safety / environmental requirements.Engineering Activity CoordinationDevelop the project document list together with the Project Manager at project start-upEnsure proper coordination among the various engineering disciplines involved (both internal and outsourced), preventing inconsistencies between documentsParticipate in and lead technical meetings with the Customer, involving time by time the necessary project specialistsGuarantee the proper knowledge and application of the project requirements among the engineering teamPlanning and assuranceDevelop detailed engineering project plans, including, as necessary, milestones, timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting, in accordance with the general project schedule developed by the Project ManagerEnsuring that the engineering activities (preparation, submission, revision of engineering deliverables and tasks) are carried out according to scheduleMonitor and report on the progress and possible deviations of the projectBudget and Resource ManagementDrawing up and monitoring project budgets (internal manhours and outsourced engineering services)Ensuring the efficient use of engineering competencies and capacities, periodically re-checking the suitability of the project-assigned resources and escalating to Disc. Leaders and HoE in case of resources-related criticalitiesChange ManagementSupport Project Manager in managing contract changes towards Customer, highlighting any potential change opportunity and taking care of the engineering impacts estimationQuality and Risk ManagementAnalyze and solve technical and organizational problems that arise during project implementationEnsuring compliance with safety, quality standards and procedures within engineering projectsIdentifying potential risks and developing strategies to manage or mitigate themConducting audits and quality checks to ensure that projects meet the required specificationsGeneralEncourage a positive work culture, promote collaboration, communication and a problem-solving approach within the teamCoursesTeam managementQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technical and / or Project Management, or a related field.
