PositionSubsea Procurement & Expeditor CoordinatorReporting toProject ManagerRole OverviewWe are seeking a Subsea Procurement & Expeditor Coordinator to manage and coordinate the procurement of equipment, materials, instrumentation, pipes, and services for subsea piping projects. The role ensures timely delivery through effective expediting, supplier coordination, and documentation management.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with engineering, project management, and planning teams to determine procurement needs and timelines.Prepare RFQs and POs, evaluate vendor quotations, negotiate terms, and maintain procurement records.Monitor PO status, liaise with suppliers, and identify potential delays to implement mitigation measures.Coordinate logistics, customs, and freight forwarding; perform shop visits or third‑party expediting as needed.Ensure receipt of vendor documentation, including inspection reports, material certificates, and manuals.Prepare weekly / monthly procurement status reports and maintain dashboards for internal and client reporting.RequirementsBachelor's degree from an accredited university.Experience in procurement and expediting, preferably in subsea / oil & gas projects.Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Maximo, etc.) and familiar with INCOTERMS, QA / QC, and material certifications.Knowledge of oil & gas codes and standards (API, ASME, ASTM).Strong communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills.Excellent written and spoken English.Our role in supporting diversity and inclusionAs an international workforce business, we are committed to sourcing personnel that reflects the diversity and values of our client base but also that of Orion Group.
