Your tasks:Support leading local and international insurance companies on topics such as strategic planning, conceptualization and implementation of new service models, product portfolio improvement, and redesign of go-to-market strategies. Review strategies, develop alternatives, and implement forward-looking concepts. Analyze client needs and present your findings clearly and structured. Take responsibility for your work packages early on, contributing to project success and your own development. Contribute to zeb's community through speeches, articles, and participation in initiatives like recruiting or innovation management. Your skills:Excellent university degree (MBA, Master's, or doctorate). 2-3 years of professional experience post-degree in a consulting firm focused on the insurance sector. Strong analytical skills, excellent structuring abilities, and a blend of strategic thinking with implementation expertise. Team-oriented, inquisitive, convincing, client-centric, and creatively strategic thinkers. Fluent in English and Italian; German language skills are a plus.
