PS Ristorante – Villa Petriolo | Luxury Resort & Fine DiningPosizione: SommelierContratto: Full-timeSede: Via di Petriolo 7, 50050 Cerreto Guidi (FI)All'interno di PS Ristorante, ristorante fine dining di Villa Petriolo, resort a cinque stelle immerso nella campagna toscana, ricerchiamo un/una Sommelier con solida esperienza nel mondo della ristorazione gourmet e una profonda cultura enologica.La figura ricoprirà un ruolo centrale nell'esperienza dell'ospite, valorizzando la proposta gastronomica attraverso una carta dei vini identitaria, contemporanea e coerente con la filosofia del ristorante.ResponsabilitàGestire il servizio del vino con eleganza, competenza e massima attenzione al dettaglio.Curare e sviluppare la carta dei vini: selezione delle etichette, aggiornamenti stagionali e abbinamenti con il menu.Progettare pairing vino-cibo consapevoli, sensibili e creativi, in dialogo costante con la cucina.Gestire la cantina in autonomia (ruolo senior): scorte, conservazione, ordini e rapporti con i fornitori.Presentare e raccontare i vini con professionalità e capacità narrativa, coinvolgendo l'ospite in un'esperienza culturale oltre che gastronomica.Collaborare con la brigata di sala e con lo Chef per garantire coerenza, fluidità e standard elevati di servizio.Assicurare un servizio impeccabile, in linea con il posizionamento luxury del ristorante.RequisitiQualifica formale da Sommelier (AIS o percorsi equivalenti).Esperienza pregressa in ristoranti gourmet, fine dining, hotel di lusso o realtà segnalate dalle principali guide di settore.Conoscenza approfondita del panorama vinicolo italiano e internazionale, dei terroir, dei vitigni e degli stili di vinificazione.Capacità di costruire carte dei vini coerenti, riconoscibili e in dialogo con la cucina.Spiccate competenze di pairing e storytelling del vino.Eleganza naturale, attenzione al servizio e sensibilità verso l'esperienza dell'ospite.Ottime capacità comunicative in italiano e inglese.Passione autentica per vino, gastronomia e cultura di sala.Interesse verso produzioni sostenibili, biologiche o biodinamiche.Mentalità aperta, curiosa e collaborativa.Cosa offre Villa PetrioloInquadramento contrattuale a tempo determinato con possibilità di inserimento a tempo indeterminato (CCNL di riferimento).Range retributivo in linea con il profilo e l'esperienza del/la candidato/a.Benefit dedicati: vitto, formazione continua, bonus, premi e welfare aziendale.Inserimento previsto a febbraio 2026.Contesto di lavoro esclusivo, all'interno di un resort a cinque stelle orientato all'eccellenza e alla qualità dell'esperienza.CandidaturaInviare il proprio CV (ed eventuale portfolio) a
