Director of Revenue Management – Casa Brera – A Luxury Collection Hotel, MilanCasa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan is currently recruiting for a Director of Revenue Management. The role reports to the General Manager and focuses on driving the overall revenue performance of the property through strategic pricing, inventory management, demand forecasting, segmentation optimization and channel profitability.Core Work ActivitiesAnalyze and report revenue management data: conduct daily, weekly, monthly performance analysis; lead end‑of‑period analysis; produce owner reports; conduct deep‑dive analysis on transient segments, promotions, channels; maintain accuracy of system configurations (MARSHA, One Yield, HPP, distribution channels); monitor online channels and competitive set; build and update annual room revenue budget.Managing revenue strategy: provide input to market sales strategy; define and execute the pricing strategy; develop transient, group and premium‑room strategies; drive suite and premium‑room penetration; lead Group Base Build Strategy; ensure daily strategy deployment; ensure compliance with brand RM processes; provide revenue management expertise to leadership teams; modify rate restrictions as market conditions fluctuate; recommend process improvements.Building successful relationships: lead commercial strategy meetings; communicate market analysis to stakeholders and owners; nurture cross‑functional relationships; manage internal stakeholder relationships; provide timely communication of results and challenges.Additional responsibilities: create, update and enforce Revenue SOPs; support onboarding of new team members; update systems; lead cross‑functional projects; represent hotel with ownership and corporate teams; maintain strict documentation for audit and compliance.Qualifications and ExperienceExperience in the same role within international hospitality companies.Knowledge of Marsha, Opera, One Yield and other revenue management software.Experience in openings and luxury hotels.Benefits & PerksA unique opportunity to be part of a luxury lifestyle hotel.Part of Marriott International – national and internal promotion opportunities.World‑class training and development programs.Work alongside award‑winning hospitality professionals.Discounted room nights, meals, and spa access worldwide.Discounts for friends and family.5 euros breakfast when staying in any European hotel.Wellness and sustainability initiatives.Management CompetenciesLeadership – Adaptability: develop strategies, identify resources, implement change; Communication: active listening, clear concise information, influence others; Problem Solving & Decision Making: solve complex problems, evaluate alternatives; Professional Demeanor: exhibit confidence, command respect, represent company values.Managing Execution – Building and Contributing to Teams: lead and collaborate to achieve goals; Driving for Results: focus and guide others to accomplish objectives; Planning and Organizing: set action plans, prioritize, and ensure work completion.Building Relationships – Co‑worker Relationships: facilitate accomplishment of work goals; Customer Relationships: sustain relationships based on customer needs; Global Mindset: support diverse partners, foster innovation.Technical & Core CompetenciesRevenue Management – knowledge of ARI, RevPAR, etc.; skill in yield management systems.Research – collect market data, historical cycles, tourism trends.Inventory Management – manage rooms and function space restrictions.Computer Skills – proficiency with computer systems, data entry, analysis.Economics and Finance – knowledge of P&L, budgets, forecasting.Sales and Marketing – knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.Basic CompetenciesComputer Skills – basic hardware and software.Mathematical Reasoning – quick arithmetic operations.Oral Comprehension – understanding spoken information.Reading Comprehension – understanding written documents.Writing – effective written communication.At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
