The figure will join the Stores & Properties division, specifically within the Maintenance, Planning and Project Management team. They will be responsible for the operational management of maintenance activities related to the retail network located in Europe (EMEA), ensuring compliance with company procedures and contributing to the maintenance of established quality standards. Main activities Ensure proper compliance with the procedure for identifying and reporting maintenance issues by stores, and the subsequent correct activation of the relevant service provider Conduct regular site inspections, meeting with store managers to raise awareness on the correct evaluation and reporting of defects, damages, or malfunctions Perform supplier analysis in terms of cost and quality of interventions. In collaboration with the manager, assess the opportunity for potential changes Requirements Diploma in surveying or a degree in Economics/Engineering Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role Excellent command of the English language; knowledge of a second language is a plus Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem solving Office: Milan, Italy
