SITE SECURITY OFFICERLa risorsa avrà il compito di supportare il Responsabile di “Security Operations” nella gestione delle attività a difesa del patrimonio umano, materiale e immateriale dello Stabilimento.ResponsabilitàPromuovere ed effettuare attività di formazione, informazione e addestramento del personale con compiti specifici di security, al fine di verificare e rafforzare gli standard operativi di security richiesti dalla Funzione;Promuovere ed effettuare attività di “familiarizzazione”, al restante personale che accede nel Sito, delle principali norme e comportamenti da adottare in ottica di tutela del patrimonio aziendale;Garantire l’applicabilità delle procedure aziendali in tema di Security, predisponendo, se necessario, specifiche disposizioni di servizio, in linea con le direttive generali;Consentire l’accesso al Sito dei soggetti autorizzati nel rispetto della normativa aziendale;Organizzare, coordinare e controllare le attività connesse alla tutela del patrimonio aziendale, ponendosi come riferimento nei confronti dei coordinatori territoriali dei fornitori dei servizi di vigilanza e portierato;Svolgere attività di analisi e di reportistica, garantendo la tracciabilità dei dati e/o informazioni desunte;Svolgere attività di ricerca di informazioni al fine di individuare e prevenire possibili criticità, così da garantire il regolare svolgimento delle attività lavorative;Collaborare, in ottica di tutela del patrimonio aziendale, con le Autorità locali di polizia;Svolgere, nel sito di competenza, le attività previste dal Sistema di Security Aziendale, garantendo la tracciabilità dei dati e/o informazioni desunte;Garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di budget, ponendo in essere attività di analisi e proponendo azioni correttive in caso di scostamenti.FATTORI DI SUCCESSOPreferibile diploma tecnico oppure Laurea in Giurisprudenza, Scienze Politiche o Scienze Strategiche;Esperienza pregressa nelle forze armate oppure come responsabile security in stabilimenti produttivi di grandi aziende;Capacità di coordinamento attività;Capacità di analisi dei dati;Conoscenza intermedia della lingua inglese.SOFT SKILL & MINDSETCompetenze di leadership e relazionali completano il profilo.Contratto e retribuzione commisurati alla seniority dei candidati proposti.#J-18808-Ljbffr
