Per la sede di Milano , Webuild è alla ricerca di un/a neolaureato/a in Ingegneria civile curriculum Strutture da inserire con il ruolo di stagista nella divisione Engineering .Il tirocinio extracurriculare è un periodo formativo di 6 mesi che prevede un rimborso spese di 800€ e l'accesso alla mensa aziendale. Con valutazione positiva, lo stage è finalizzato all’assunzione in ufficio di progetto; è quindi richiesta disponibilità al trasferimento in Italia o all’estero.La funzione Design Services ha il compito di garantire la qualità e l’efficientamento dei contenuti progettuali in fase di studio di gara ed in fase di sviluppo della progettazione esecutiva in commessa; prepara e propone nuovi concept e value engineering in fase di gara e a commessa acquisita; si occupa di risolvere le problematiche progettuali e metodologiche/costruttive di maggiore rilievo e complessità presenti all’interno delle commesse a livello globale.Principali attività Studio della documentazione di gara ai fini dell’identificazione delle specifiche tecniche e degli ambiti di competenza specialistica relativi alla progettazione ed allo sviluppo delle soluzioni tecniche;Rilevazione e analisi di eventuali criticità presenti nello sviluppo progettuale con l’obiettivo di identificare interventi correttivi e soluzioni tecniche da apportare all’opera;Studio di soluzioni progettuali alternative attraverso l’uso di modellazione FEM e metodologie di Value Engineering al fine di accrescere la competitività dell’offerta in fase di gara e di migliorare il risultato di commessa in termini di costi e tempi di realizzazione;Attività di supporto nello sviluppo di modelli virtuali e dei disegni tecnici, trasferendo le informazioni di dettaglio alla funzione competente;Attività di definizione delle specifiche tecniche per la richiesta di offerte e di allineamento tecnico delle offerte, per gli ambiti specialistici;Attività di supporto alla commessa nelle fasi di start-up e di esecuzione, relative a: assistenza tecnica alla commessa, verifica soluzioni ingegneristiche e metodologiche, identificazione e sviluppo soluzioni alternative e di Value Engineering, assistenza e coordinamento di attività tecnico specialistiche;Attività a supporto della commessa nella risoluzione di eventuali problematiche relative alla progettazione rilevate nel corso della fase esecutiva di costruzione.Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria civile, curriculum Strutture ;Disponibilità al trasferimento in ufficio di commessa dopo i 6 mesi di stage;Nessuna o minima esperienza (gradita in studi ingegneristici);Conoscenze informatiche: pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel), conoscenza di almeno un software di analisi strutturale (es.
