Middle-Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

TXT e-Tech, a TXT Group company, is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer for an important client in the Automotive sector with at least 3 years' experience in the role. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the project and the typical processes involved in the development of large embedded systems. Main responsibilities: Create and implement test plans to identify bugs and issues in the software;Take a proactive approach to identifying and preventing issues in the software;Analyze and monitor product performance to identify areas for improvement; Share test results with the development team;Collaborate with other departments to improve development processes and ensure compliance with quality standards;Manage non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions. Technical skills required: Knowledge of standard quality assurance activities in the field of software, preferably embedded (C, C++, Java, Kotlin);Knowledge of AGILE tools (Jira, DevOps, or similar). Knowledge of specific automotive processes (ASPICE) and HMI functionality for automotive would be a plus. The profile is completed by communication skills, aptitude for teamwork, problem solving, and sharing knowledge and skills with the team. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering, management engineering, or equivalent.
