Middle-Senior Quality Assurance Engineer TXT e-Tech, a TXT Group company, is looking for aQuality Assurance Engineerfor an important client in theAutomotive sectorwith at least 3 years of experience.Main responsibilitiesCreate and implement test plans to identify bugs and issues in the software.Take a proactive approach to identifying and preventing issues in the software.Analyze and monitor product performance to identify areas for improvement.Share test results with the development team.Collaborate with other departments to improve development processes and ensure compliance with quality standards.Manage non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.Technical skills requiredKnowledge of standard quality assurance activities in the software field.Knowledge of AGILE tools (Jira, DevOps, or similar).Knowledge of specific automotive processes (ASPICE) and HMI functionality for automotive would be a plus.Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer engineering, management engineering, or equivalent.What we offerOwn products: the company works on in-house and contract product development.Flexible working environment: flexible working hours.Internationality: global reality with offices around the world such as Milan, Berlin, Seattle, Dallas and Paris.Teamworking: teamwork to achieve set goals with fun team building activities and company events.Economic package: permanent contract and corporate benefits (TR, welfare, Health Insurance).This position is open to candidates of all genders, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 198/2006.
