Through distributors and agencies, Stilmas has a very strong presence worldwide, and has continued to increase that presence by opening offices directly in countries like China, Russia and the United States.Stiamo cercando un Field Service Engineer – Impianti per il Settore FarmaceuticoPer il potenziamento del nostro team Service , siamo alla ricerca di un/una Field Service Engineer che opererà su impianti destinati all’industria farmaceutica, in contesti altamente regolamentati e tecnologicamente avanzati.Il ruoloLa risorsa si occuperà di attività di commissioning, avviamento, collaudo e manutenzione degli impianti presso clienti nazionali e internazionali, collaborando attivamente con i team di Ingegneria, Qualità e Project Management .Responsabilità principaliCommissioning e avviamento di impianti farmaceutici presso il clienteCollaudo funzionale e supporto alle attività di qualifica e validazione (IQ/OQ/PQ)Manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria e preventivaDiagnosi e risoluzione guasti su sistemi meccanici, elettrici e di automazioneOperatività nel rispetto delle normative GMP , delle procedure di qualità e sicurezzaRedazione di report di intervento e documentazione tecnicaAssistenza tecnica on-site e da remotoSupporto a upgrade, modifiche impiantistiche e revampingFormazione del personale del cliente sull’utilizzo e la manutenzione degli impiantiRequisitiDiploma tecnico o Laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Elettrica, Meccatronica, Automazione o affini)Esperienza come Field Service Engineer o in attività di commissioning/manutenzione industrialePreferibile esperienza in settori regolamentati (farmaceutico, chimico, biotech, medicale)Capacità di lettura di schemi P&ID , elettrici e meccaniciDisponibilità a frequenti trasferteBuona conoscenza della lingua inglesePatente B⚙ Competenze tecniche preferenzialiImpianti di processo farmaceutico (clean utilities, skid di processo, linee di produzione)PLC, HMI e sistemi di supervisione (SCADA)Conoscenza di GMP, GAMP 5 e Data IntegrityStrumentazione di processo e sensoristicaOperatività in clean room e ambienti controllatiCompetenze personaliElevata attenzione alla qualità e alla documentazioneAutonomia e problem solvingForte orientamento al clienteBuone capacità comunicative e relazionaliFlessibilità operativaCosa offriamoInserimento in un’azienda specializzata nel settore farmaceuticoFormazione continua su tecnologie e normative di settoreRetribuzione commisurata all’esperienzaIndennità di trasferta e benefit aziendaliAmbiente tecnico altamente qualificato e stimolante
